All of our fudge is made fresh in our shop using real butter.   We use pecans in all of our nut fudge flavors.  We live in a valley where pecans are raised.  The pecans are always fresh.  Be certain that you know that our Jalapeno and our Habanero fudge flavors are very hot and should be eaten with caution.  Habanero is the hottest. 

If you wish to purchase a half a pound, simply click on the name of the fudge you want and you can choose from the drop down box whether you want a pound or a half a pound.  It is $9.98 per pound or $6.98 for a half of a pound.
